Admissions Process
Assessment: All prospective residents must undergo a comprehensive assessment to determine care needs and suitability for our facility.
Agreement: Upon acceptance, residents and/or their authorized representatives must sign an Admission Agreement outlining:

Termination of Services
Voluntary Discharge: Residents or their representatives may terminate services with written notice as specified in the Admission Agreement.
Involuntary Discharge: We reserve the right to terminate services if:

The resident's care needs exceed our capabilities

Payment obligations are not met

The resident's behavior poses a danger to themselves or others

The resident or family violates facility policies

Required by law or regulatory authorities
Involuntary discharge will be conducted in accordance with Washington State regulations and with appropriate notice.
